With over fifteen years of multidisciplinary experience, Kayleigh brings a unique and intimate perspective to character building, performer needs, and director collaboration. She is dedicated to telling queer stories and celebrating bodies and identity through an authenticity-focused design lens.
Passionate about activism through art, Kayleigh produces an ongoing theatrical charity event series Live Drunk Reads and organizes a body-positive dance class. She is a founding member of AGC, a grassroots organization dedicated to breaking the silence surrounding abuses in arts training institutions. She is also a member of the ACTRA Women’s Committee and the LGBTQS2+ Committee, where members advocate for gender equity, inclusion, representation, and education. She has trained in anti-oppression and nonviolent communication.
As one half of the queer events-organizing duo Saturgays, Kayleigh believes joy can mobilize just as powerfully as rage — and that every glittery drop of sweat on the dance floor can be a sacred act of protest.
